Join Amanda for this 6 week series starting Nov 12 and every Tuesday 8PM EST. Slow down and de-stress with a Yoga Nidra practice, which is a guided sleep meditation. This is a practice of relaxation and is described as “the doorway to Samadhi”, Samadhi on the surface is absorbing the benefits of our yoga practice. This type of yoga practice works on the central nervous system and the goal is to stay in Alpha brain waves for a period of time to shift the body from a state of activity to a state of recovery and rest.
